Tariff/Terms
Shower en-suite:
Single occupancy £70 per night per room
Double occupancy £80 per night per room
Bathroom en-suite
Single occupancy £80 per night per room
Double occupancy £90 per night per room
Prices include full English breakfast.
Payment:
All major credit and debit cards are accepted apart from American Express and Diners.
Bookings:
A reservation requires payment of a deposit of £30 at the time of booking. A booking will be regarded as confirmed when we have received your deposit and issued a confirmation. Unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled by us without notice.
Group bookings:
Group reservations of two or more rooms require payment of a deposit of £100 at the time of booking. A booking will be regarded as confirmed when we have received your deposit and issued a confirmation. Unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled by us without notice.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the due arrival date, a charge of one nights stay per room will be made unless we are able to re-let the room at full price.
Check In and Check Out:
Rooms are available from 4.00pm, but should you wish to arrive earlier simply let us know. Check out is 10.00 am weekdays and 10.30 at weekends.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is available between 7 and 9am on Monday to Friday, and 7.30 and 9.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Special requests:
Requests for special diets should be made at the time of booking, however we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to meet your requirements.
Restrictions:
The facilities at Avalon are not suitable for children. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Regrettably we cannot accept pets. For those who are less able-bodied, please bear in mind all the bedrooms are accessed via a staircase to the first floor.
