Local Food
We have a double commitment both to using the best local produce and supporting independent local businesses. Living on the Dorset/Somerset borders we are fortunate in having a rich agricultural and food heritage upon which to draw.
A typical breakfast menu would consist of:
Fruit Juice
Selection of Cereals, Yoghurt and Honey
Dried Fruit Salad
Bacon, Sausage, Mushrooms, Baked Tomato and a Choice of Egg
Boiled Eggs and Soldiers
DISH OF THE DAY
Smoked Haddock and poached egg
Toasted Home Made Bread
A Selection of Preserves
Freshly Brewed Coffee or a Selection of Teas
