Avalon is an elegant Edwardian townhouse at the centre of the historic monastic town of Sherborne. Although it has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and modernisation, the character and feel of the house has been preserved. Many original features, such as the open fire in the lounge, have been retained and the small gardens redesigned to create a sense of space.

There are three double guest bedrooms, all en-suite, with ‘freeview’ flat screen televisions, free ‘wi-fi’ access, tea and coffee making facilities and luxurious towels and toiletries.
Breakfast is cooked to order, with ingredients sourced from a rich diversity of local suppliers, and served around a magnificent oak table in the spacious farmhouse-style kitchen.
We are only a few minutes walk away from the London/Exeter railway station and while some limited private parking may be available, a public car park can be found round the corner from Avalon which is used by many Sherborne residents.
